1. demolition of Montreal’s oldest buildings pisses me off beyond words.

   any word on what’s happening to the old building on the north-west corner of des pins and st-laurent?

2. It’s for sale for only $1.7 million.  I’m sure they’re just waiting for it to rot away so they can put up another grey 3-storey condobox that developers on St-Laurent seem to so love right now.
