Urban Planet: In Sandy’s Wake

The Wall Street Journal surveys the damage of Hurricane Sandy. Sandy brought the most devastating day in the history of the New York subway, a death toll of 33, the loss of electricity for 8 million customers, and the shut down of three nuclear power plants.
