This Earth Week, one minute silent films that highlight everyday eco-heros will be projected on Onestop TTC screens in Toronto and on screens in malls across Canada to a viewership of over two million people per day. Last years films featured daring teachers, cowboy eco-light bulbs and pop cans that can heat your house among many other innovative and enlightening films.

This year you too can contribute to the 2011 Festival. Experienced, aspiring, young or old film makers are encouraged to submit a silent film that is exactly one minute in length. Film makers are asked to consider four themes: Activism, Conservation, Education and Great Ideas.

Not only will your film be shown to millions of people you will also have the opportunity to win a camcorder or laptop!

Submissions are due March 1, 2011.
