Via GP Mendoza:

We took a trip downtown to Hornby and Hastings for this Spyglass Session with Carly Walde! Vancouver radio listeners might recognize her as the voice of the mid-day show on 102.7 The Peak.FM, but others know her as a songwriter under the name, “Colour the Wild,” a fun play on her own name and her philosophy on music. I met her at the Keys to the Streets year end public concert in 2013 when she stopped by to play her song, “Liza.”

The Spyglass Sessions are a series of shorts featuring people we’ve met through Keys to the Streets: Vancouver’s public pianos. We took the name from Spyglass Place, the Aquabus landing on False Creek where one of Vancouver’s first public pianos was deployed two years ago.
