This Dalhousie-Harvard educated architect-come-planner-come-urban designer is the manager of the influential HRMbyDesign Downtown Plan (discussed in detail in a Spacing Atlantic <a href=\"https:\/\/spacing.ca\/atlantic\/hrmbydesign\/\">four-part series<\/a>) and also happens to be the lead urban design advisor on both the proposed <a href=\"https:\/\/spacing.ca\/atlantic\/2009\/11\/20\/new-uses-old-library\/\">New Central Library project<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/spacing.ca\/atlantic\/2009\/11\/18\/save-the-view\/\">World Trade and Convention Centre site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Andy is set to take a leading role in creating a masterplan to redesign the infamous Cogswell Interchange.
