The proposal \u2014 which fed off of much local consultation \u2014 includes a new glass fa\u00e7ade for the 33-storey monolith, additional 10- and 8-storey buildings, 10% affordable housing, and a commercial pedestrian pathway linking Fenwick and South streets.
