David McClelland writes about his observations of Niagara Region&#8217;s new inter-city <a href=\"https:\/\/spacing.ca\/ottawa\/2012\/01\/26\/mcclelland-a-regional-transit-system-that-needs-time-2\/\">regional bus service <\/a>as a prime example of the question of what comes first: the transit or the riders?<\/p>\n<p>Adam Bentley, a Spacing Ottawa contributor who recently moved to Edmonton, shares his observations of his first several months in the city including its good and planning history.
