The improvements will open the street to patios and frame the last project advanced by noted developer Paul Oberman.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"sm\" src=\"http:\/\/spacing.ca\/media\/identity\/sidebar-head-montreal.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"44\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Allanah Heffez shares stories and observations from her time volunteering giving out free hotdogs to Montreal&#8217;s homeless.
