Located on the corner of De Maisonneuve blvd and Addington in NDG, the arrow to the left points at the bike path, and the arrow to the right points to a new exit of the D\u00e9carie expressway that remains closed.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/24923563@N02\/3019832701\/\" title=\"bike path vs unused highway exit by alanah.montreal, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3194\/3019832701_5435a2ae56.jpg\" alt=\"bike path vs unused highway exit\" width=\"500\" height=\"315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The unused exit is part of the traffic plan for the new MUHC superhospital to be located behind Vendome metro.\u00a0 Peter McQueen&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.defendndg.com\/\">Defend NDG<\/a> website proposes an alternate traffic plan that would route traffic generated by the hospital more equally between NDG and Westmount streets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Despite the general feelings of aggravation at being faced with yet another election this fall, this poster for Green Party candidate Peter McQueen deserves a mention for the way it makes local issues so tangible.
