In parnership with Artscape, architect Joe Lobko and his team have transformed these buildings into an environmentally efficient, multifaceted community center, proving that buildings don\u2019t have to be new to be green. Laura Boudreau is keeping us up to do date with discussions held at the Creative Places + Spaces Regional Forum at the Barns.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a href=\"http:\/\/spacing.ca\/wire\/2008\/11\/14\/ago-transformation-press-preview-day\/\">Transformation AGO<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">After months and months of suspense, Frank Gehry\u2019s renovation of the Art Gallery of Ontario was finally unveiled to the public on November 14<sup>th<\/sup>. The gallery\u2019s new spaces, new treatment of old spaces, new works and new views of the city make it as enticing as the work within it.
