The British developer will present this project and discuss ways that cities like London and Montreal can benefit from this new development trend. Mark Watts is the London municipal councilor in charge of transportation, urban tolls, and the climate change action plan (in English).<\/p>\n Dongtan est une \u00e9co cit\u00e9 chinoise planifi\u00e9e clef en mains pour 500\u00a0000 habitants, sur l\u2019\u00eele de Chongming.
