About three seconds after I took the picture, the gentleman in the white shirt dropped the metal flap and drove off looking just like any other pickup&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>They seemed to be selling pre-packaged sandwiches and drinks, which I suppose would allow them to get around the touchy <a href=\"https:\/\/spacing.ca\/montreal\/2009\/04\/28\/to-street-food-or-not-to-street-food\/\">street food questions<\/a> that Cedric raised last week.<\/p>\n<p>Before I got a chance to learn whether this operation visits regularly or follows a particular route, the guy in the tuque was inviting me to a Reggae festival (believe it or not, that door on the 2nd storey of the building leads to a popular Reggae club).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Around 10am this morning, I happened upon this sandwich stand on de Maisonneuve, just west of Decarie.
