Bronwyn Chester &#8212; whom I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbanphoto.net\/blog\/2008\/06\/07\/the-citys-arboreal-landscape\/\">wrote about not too long ago<\/a> &#8212; will be offering two tours this week, one in French, the other in English.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>Revered for their size, beauty, wood, healing powers, fruit and flame, certain trees have played important roles in the mythologies of many a human civilization. McGill University has the good fortune to be home to many such trees. On the eve of the summer solstice, come hear the stories of  the ginkgo, yellow-wood, catalpa and company as we explore the grounds of the upper campus.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The tours will take place on Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm to 7pm.
