Not only will it address sticky urban issues like the protecting our urban spaces, it will be hosted within Adrian Blackwell&#8217;s public art piece called <em>carpool<\/em>. <em>carpool <\/em>uses parked cars as the base for a tent-like shelter, and the conversation will go on in and between the car-building. There will also be an opportunity to rock out with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.republicofsafety.ca\/\">Republic of Safety<\/a> later in the day. All are welcome.
