Eagle Eyes ain’t promising to be Santa Cruz with a scavenger hunt… but sure could be fun if it is!

Here’s the lowdown: Eagle Eyes, the party, begins at 10pm on Saturday night, October 14, at The Gladstone Hotel. Eagle Eyes, the Scavenger Hunt, begins at noon on Sunday, October 15. Everyone who enters Eagle Eyes (the party) on Saturday night, will receive a code. This code will activate an online map on Sunday at noon, with an X marking the beginning of the hunt. You can purchase tickets to the party and/or the code for the Scavenger Hunt (if you can’t attend the party) in advance at zunior.com for $10.

Whatever you get hooked up with, whether it’s the grand prize of $500 or something better, everyone wins in a way: A percentage of profits go to the highly crushable Toronto Public Space Committee. Awwwww.

More intriguing details: A bicycle or TTC pass is recommended. You will need to be at a computer on Sunday at noon to see the map. You will need to bring a pad of paper (with at least ten sheets), pens, elastic bands (three), a knapsack, $6.25 (which you may not need to use), an umbrella (in case it rains), a ball of string, tape (preferably duct), a can of food and your favourite song on a CD or ipod.
More info at myspace.com/santacruzforever &
