There are lots of <a href=\"http:\/\/takethetooker.ca\/?p=88\">pick-up points<\/a> en route.<\/p>\n<p>Then, ride down to the U.S. Consulate on University Avenue to join the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nowar.ca\/index.php?option=com_content&#038;task=view&#038;id=46&#038;Itemid=40\">Canada out of Afghanistan<\/a> rally and march.<\/p>\n<p>The connection? Why it&#8217;s <strong>oil<\/strong>, of course, silly!<\/p>\n<p>Some people (like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.randomhouse.ca\/catalog\/display.pperl?isbn=9780385660105\">Linda McQuaig<\/a>, for example) believe that our addiction to oil is fueling our foreign policy. So, act locally: ride your bike and <a href=\"http:\/\/takethetooker.ca\/?p=85\">email your candidate for City Council<\/a> to tell them you support a bike lane on Bloor. And, think globally: attend the rally and march.
