Since the spring, the multiple bridges near the intersection of <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?f=q&amp;source=s_q&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=&amp;q=lake+shore+blvd+w+and+jameson+ave.&amp;sll=43.637286,-79.438963&amp;sspn=0.02404,0.039182&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;hq=&amp;hnear=Lake+Shore+Blvd+W+%26+Jameson+Ave,+Toronto,+Toronto+Division,+Ontario,+Canada&amp;z=16\">Lake Shore Blvd. and Jameson Ave<\/a>. that <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?f=q&amp;source=s_q&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=&amp;q=lake+shore+blvd+w+and+jameson+ave.&amp;sll=43.637286,-79.438963&amp;sspn=0.02404,0.039182&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;hq=&amp;hnear=Lake+Shore+Blvd+W+%26+Jameson+Ave,+Toronto,+Toronto+Division,+Ontario,+Canada&amp;ll=43.633155,-79.4345&amp;spn=0.012021,0.019591&amp;z=16&amp;layer=c&amp;cbll=43.633059,-79.434452&amp;panoid=-y8MtsObukS_9W13Rcwkhg&amp;cbp=12,287.78,,0,-8.21\">cross over<\/a> the Gardiner Expressway, very close to where I live, have been in a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toronto.ca\/transportation\/news\/2010-09-16\/index.htm\">constant state of destruction<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Back in May, I watched for two days from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/mattblackett\/sets\/72157600787931330\/\">balcony of my apartment<\/a> as half of the Jameson Ave. bridge was torn down and carted away. In early August, I teamed up with <a href=\"http:\/\/wvs.topleftpixel.com\/\">Sam Javanrouh<\/a>, photoblogger extraordinaire and Spacing contributor, to document the dismantling of the bridge that contains the westbound lanes of Lake Shore Blvd.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/15937163\">time-lapse video<\/a> starts late in the evening of Thursday, August 5th and ends just after sundown on Sunday, August 8th.
