Happy BikeFriday<\/a>! It’s a busy and exciting one this Friday, June 29th.<\/p>\n

The exciting news is that BikeFriday is being launched in Mississauga<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The City of Mississauga<\/a> and Smart Commute Mississauga<\/a> have declared the last Friday of every month as BikeFriday<\/a>. Details on the inaugural ride and pancake breakfast can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I will be riding my usual route, starting at 8:45 a.m. You can see the route details here<\/a> — just scroll down to the bottom of the BikePools section. Joe did up some really nice Bikely maps for each of the routes. Thanks, Joe!<\/p>\n

And when the working day is done, if you just wanna have fun, why not enjoy a nice leisurely ride around the city with a few hundred fellow cyclists? We could even take a trip down Dundas to admire the newest portion of the bike lane<\/a> from Ossington to Bathurst, brought to you by the Official Urban Repair Squad<\/a>. Nicely done! Let’s hope the City doesn’t remove this one<\/a>.<\/p>\n
