It uses hot language and phrases like <strong>&#8220;Intimate spaces like the Sculpture Garden are a unique characteristic of the neighbourhood&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;Pedestrian-oriented cafes on The Esplanade&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;Consistent scale and high quality architecture blends new and old buildings on King Street East.&#8221;<\/strong> You can download it by clicking <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toronto.ca\/planning\/urbdesign\/pdf\/st_lawr_udg_full.pdf\">here<\/a> &#8212; but don&#8217;t let your mother see it, unless she&#8217;s one of those moms that let you watch the late night movies on CityTV and smoke cigarettes and stuff. <\/p>\n<p>Some of the people who care about the city over at the <a href=\"http:\/\/p083.ezboard.com\/btorontoskyscraperforum\">Toronto Urban Forum<\/a> are worried that this wonderful thing might get shelved and ignored. That won&#8217;t happen if we bring it up all the time, and remind the folks in charge that reports like this exist, and we care, and we want the utopia it describes made into reality.
