\nXPACE Gallery • Kensington Market • 303 Augusta<\/a><\/p>\n

Over the last decade TTC Commisioners have plastered the transit system with wall-to-wall (and floor-to-floor!) commercial advertising. The Toronto Public Space Committee<\/a> asked Toronto’s transit riders to “re-imagine the TTC<\/a>” without any ads. Using this new blank canvas as a starting point, they redesigned buses, streetcars and subways. Their work will be on display at XPACE Gallery.<\/p>\n
