We still like you. But we&#8217;re sure almost all of you would agree that mobile advertising trucks, specifically sent out into the streets of Toronto to sit in gridlock, are not good for anyone except the advertisers. It doesn&#8217;t matter if they are running on bio-diesel fuel, or are capable of delivering water to the homeless (yes, that is what <a href=\"http:\/\/www.motomedia.ca\/home.htm\">MotoMedia<\/a> says their vehicles do in their down time), these trucks create smog, contribute to our traffic problems, and they circumvent our signage bylaws. Both Montreal and Vancouver have banned this form of advertising. The Toronto Public Space Committee is holding a public meeting Tuesday on how to stop the proliferation of ad trucks.
