So it frustrates me to no end to see this monkey-business Robert Deluce and the Toronto Port Authority are playing with the City of Toronto and its residents. The best analysis of the situation comes from our friend Andrew Spicer<\/a>. If I was to write something here it would be pretty similar, so why not just go read his words<\/a>?
