At the <a href=\"http:\/\/4days.ca\/\">4 Days<\/a> conference in Halifax, the Spacing Atlantic crew got to chat with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thackara.com\/\">John Thackara<\/a>, the former director of the Netherlands Design Institute and a globe-trotting booster of social innovation. And we discuss a unique project in Vancouver that converts <a href=\"http:\/\/vancouver.ca\/engsvcs\/streets\/greenstreets\/generalInformation.htm\">roundabouts<\/a> and curbside boulevards into <a href=\"http:\/\/vancouver.ca\/engsvcs\/streets\/greenways\/guidelines.htm\">blooming gardens<\/a>.
