The delighfully-named\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/graffitiresearchlab.com\/\">Graffiti Research Lab<\/a> claims credit for developing them, and provides detailed instructions on how to create and use these glowing\u00a0little bundles of colour.<\/p>\n<p>The New York Times recently published a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2006\/06\/25\/arts\/design\/25daya.html?_r=1&#038;oref=slogin\">feature on the Lab<\/a>.
