John was a report co-author and member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, awarded the Nobel Prize with Al Gore in 2007.<\/p>\n<p>As Deputy City Manager,\u00a0<strong><em>Sadhu Johnson<\/em><\/strong> contributes to the overall management of the City of Vancouver.\u00a0 Sadhu oversees the environmental and emergency development areas within the City Manager\u2019s Office.\u00a0 Prior to moving to Vancouver, Sadhu served as Mayor Richard M.
