If adopted, they could power thousands of homes and generate millions of dollars in revenue each year for Metro.<\/p>\n<p>Looks like Burns Lake sawmill &#8211; destroyed in a fatal fire in January in Burns Lake, BC &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bclocalnews.com\/news\/182077601.html\" target=\"_blank\">will be rebuilt<\/a> while the decision to rebuild <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bclocalnews.com\/news\/182198941.html\" target=\"_blank\">Lakeland Mills<\/a> in Prince George &#8211; destroyed in an explosion on April 23, 2012 &#8211; remains in limbo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->In Surrey, three business organizations &#8211; South Surrey and White Rock Chamber of Commerce, Surrey Board of Trade and the Cloverdale District Chamber of Commerce &#8211; are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.surreyleader.com\/news\/182062711.html\" target=\"_blank\">supporting the creation of a South Surrey casino<\/a>, wanting to allegedly the $85 million of annual gaming revenue within the province.<\/p>\n<p>It appears developer Onni Group is<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vancouversun.com\/business\/Condo+retail+project+Safeway+site+dead+Onni\/7656166\/story.html\" target=\"_blank\"> giving up on its proposal<\/a> to build a mixed-used development on the Safeway site in North Vancouver at Lonsdale and 13th citing continuous difficulties created by Councillor Pam Bookham and Rod Clark.
