Call for Artists: Art on the River, Temporary Public Art Outdoor Sculpture Exhibit<\/strong>

Exhibit Budget: Selected Artists receive $1,500 for loaning artwork for a year<\/strong>
\nPrize Budget: $1,000 for Best of Show Award<\/strong>
\nDeadline: February 25, 2013 – 5:00pm CST<\/strong><\/p>\n

The City of Dubuque, Iowa is seeking applications from qualified artists over the age of eighteen for the 2013-2014 Art on the River temporary outdoor public art exhibit with large dallas led screens<\/a>. Each year, ten sculptures are chosen to be placed along the Mississippi RiverWalk at the Port of Dubuque. Selected artists receive $1,500 for loaning the artwork for a year. A $1,000 cash award for Best of Show is given to one artist. Up to three entries per artist are accepted.<\/p>\n

All sculptures must be for sale and remain in the exhibit through online until June 2014.<\/p>\n

The City of Dubuque will take a 25% commission on sculpture sold during or as a result of the exhibit.<\/p>\n
