The structure must allow access to traffic and contain decorative elements to enhance the image of White Rock.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline for Submissions:\u00a0 <strong>Monday, April 8, 2013, at 12 noon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>White Rock is working to increase its profile as an active arts community. This Gateway Project is an element intended to welcome the public to the City and as the main gateway to the city, the structure should enhance this understanding of White Rock as an arts community.<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whiterockcity.ca\/assets\/Art~and~Culture\/Docs\/Gateway_Competition_Brief.pdf#search=%22Gateway%20competition%22\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>\u00a0to get the pdf of the description.
