Tenants will receive numerous benefits and cost savings directly attributed to maximized energy performance and improved indoor air quality.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Offices at Newton<\/em> is a four-story, 45,000 square foot mixed-use office and retail building located in Surrey\u2019s Newton Town Centre.
