It\u2019s not often in life that you can make a meaningful contribution to the lives of millions of your neighbours with one simple act. By voting \u201cYes\u201d in the upcoming Transportation and Transit Referendum<\/a>, you have the opportunity to do just that.<\/p>\n

A \u201cYes\u201d vote will ensure our transportation network meets our needs as the region grows by one million people within the next 30 years.<\/p>\n

By voting \u201cYes\u201d you will help protect our economy, our environment, and help us all spend more time with friends and families instead of idling in traffic.<\/p>\n

Voting \u201cYes\u201d is simple:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. If you are a registered voter living in Metro Vancouver, your voting package will be mailed to you by Elections BC between March 16 and March 27, 2015<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. If you don\u2019t receive a voting package by March 27, request one by:
    \n– phoning 1-800-661-8683
    \n– clicking     elections.bc.ca\/ovr<\/a>
    \n– visiting a     Plebiscite Service Office<\/a> in person after April 13.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can ask for a voting package until midnight on Friday, May 15<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    1. Complete your ballot and drop it off at any Canada Post Office or in any Canada Post mail box. Elections BC must receive your ballot by 8pm, Friday, May 29.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Remind your friends and family to do the same.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Talk to your friends, family, neighbours and colleagues about the importance of this vote and urge them to support a \u201cYes\u201d vote for the Mayors\u2019 Plan.<\/p>\n
