The results of the Transit Referendum are in. Metro Vancouverites have voted NO.<\/p>\n

This SFU\u00a0City\u00a0Conversation will take a closer look.\u00a0Pollster Mario Canseco<\/b>, Vice President of Insights West<\/a>,\u00a0will analyze the results. Who voted, where were the yes votes and no votes, and why did people vote as they did?\u00a0Bob Ransford<\/b>, Senior Consultant at Counterpoint Communications<\/a> and head of the Yes campaign, will review the campaign. We\u2019ve invited a third analyst to discuss the consequences for regional transit, planning and politics.<\/p>\n

Then it\u2019s your turn to question, observe, and offer your perspective and opinion. Please feel free to bring your lunch.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0SFU\u00a0City\u00a0Conversation, co-sponsored by\u00a0Re-Imagine Downtown Vancouver<\/b><\/a>, takes place at our annual outdoor location, in the park at the north end of Hornby St. at W. Hastings St., four blocks west of SFU Harbour Centre. (you may know it as the location of Mink Chocolates.)
