Alain Bertaud will be speaking remotely from NYC joined by 6 Vancouver Urbanists including data analyst Jens von Bergmann, SCARP Professor Julia Harten, Indigenous insights from Squamish Nations Leader Chris Lewis, economics from SFU\u2019s Andrey Pavlov, Wendy Water\u2019s Real Estate perspective, and thoughts from City Planner Michael Mortensen.<\/p>\n

There will be a short question and answer period towards the end of the talks with questions submitted by text from the audience curated by our team and presented to Alain and the Vancouver urbanists on stage. We are planning on bringing Alain out to Vancouver in 2022 for workshops and other gatherings.<\/p>\n

We also have a student program with a number of complimentary tickets to attend the salon. Anyone who is interested in a ticket can email me at info@globalcivic.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

PIBC and AIBC are giving 1.5 Professional Development credits to its members for attending the event. The BC society of Landscape Architects is offering BCSLA CE Credits to its members.<\/p>\n
