The stream runs through three municipalities, as well as near the grounds of Hillside Mall and Royal Jubilee Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>It looks like at least one Asian-themed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bclocalnews.com\/news\/141616803.html\" target=\"_blank\">night market will be coming to Richmond this summer<\/a>! At a special council meeting, City of Richmond council voted 7-2 to refer a permit application from Raymond Leung&#8217;s Firework Productions to a March 19 public hearing.<br \/>\nCity council will finally decide the market&#8217;s fate following the hearing. If accepted, the permit would allow a market to operate on a large vacant property at the north end of No. 3 Road, previously home to a cement plant, from May to October for the next three years. The site is next to River Rock Casino Resort.<\/p>\n<p>Exciting news in West Vancouver as a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bclocalnews.com\/news\/141245273.html\" target=\"_blank\">draft of the new parks master plan<\/a> was recently presented at the Gleaneagles Community Centre. The draft is the result of 18 months of working with district staff, community members and various organizations that operate within the parks system.
