SPACING #6 SPRING/SUMMER 2006 Our sixth issue features a Q&A with Mayor David Miller -- we challenged him to articulate a vision for the future of transit in this city. Toronto transit advocate Steve Munro lets loose on the failings of the TTC and its leadership, while supplying a plan that could re-shape the transit system on the cheap.
