Imagine Bloomfield is a non-profit society of Bloomfield tenants, neighbours, and community groups who are working to ensure that the Bloomfield Centre fulfills its potential to be an integral, creative and vibrant part of Halifax’s North End community. Halifax Regional Municipality has now released a Request for Proposal for the second phase of development of the Bloomfield Site.
