Romance and the Fringe

I took this photograph of the Edmonton Fringe Festival earlier this week.  As the overarching theme reverberates “love” and “suspense” in honour of Mr. Bond, the friendly Argentinian that was playing tricks with his swords here, revives me back to the hazes and decadence of the Montmartre Bohemians in the 19th century. Edmonton, I think we found a little bit of Paris on our land.
