My first guess: it’s a side view of the HEC. I say this only because of the girder-thing at top right.
It’s the north side of UQAM’s design school, designed by the same architect as HEC, Dan Hanganu. He likes to reuse motifs on his buildings. A miniature version of the steel girder thing can also be found on the “garden fence” of the Opus hotel (St-Laurent and Sherbrooke), another of his projects.
