1. Certainly the most austere drinking establishment I’ve seen in this city… are you sure this isn’t somewhere in Soviet Smolensk?

2. I don’t like the cheap aluminum siding on that building at all.. It doesn’t help that it looks dirty as well.

3. I would definitely never try to go for a drink there. But if it is open, it must have it’s clients!

4. this is the backdoor of the bar the front faces on st-laurent and looks like a normal bar

5. That’s Club Soda on the right isn’t it? Could this be a back door?
   The mural is magnificent as is the mural on the wall of the Mosque (unfortunately peeling) which would be to the left. There are also giant murals on that crazy casse-croûte accross from Metropolis.

   At any rate, this is a possible dive that I must investigate!

6. J’ai emprunté cette ruelle des centaines de fois, entre mes résidences étudiantes et ce bon vieux Cégep du Vieux.

   Je ne compte plus le nombre de passes et de pipes que je surprenais tapies dans l’ombre d’une vieille minivan. Je restais de l’autre côté de la rue exprès.

   Pour ça, et pour éviter les effluves d’urine.
