1. I guess this is at Fort and Rene-Levesque. What a shame it’s gone as this was a gorgeous house that was replaced by a very ugly highway access ramp and some very silly public “art”.

   At least the house immediately to the west remains (I think it’s of the same vintage as the one pictured here).

5. Really a shame. Thanks Guillaume, I had no idea there was a house there. There’s still one left on the right side though if I’m not mistaken.

6. Well, as far as on-ramps go though, this one is probably among the least obtrusive given that it runs atop both a steep slope and parallel to railway tracks. At least the CCA spruced up the area a lot. During the warm months it’s actually quite a nice stretch of R-L.

8. Mon arriere grand-pere etait Napoleon Picotte, le frere de Narcisse. Ma grand-mere, Aline Picotte-Lamarre est allee au Klondike.

   Je crois que la maison a ete achete par la companie Joseph Elie. Pas certainly…..Manon? A toi.

10. à Manon et Kina, en effet, la maison a été éventuellement acheté par Joseph Elie, et c’est là que papa avait son bureau; j’allais avec lui des fois et jouais dans la maison; et Narcisse était nottre arrière-arrière oncle
