1. I think it’s a sad comment by kai. I’ve seen that neighborhood going from vibrant to straight down the shi%$er after the old forum closed in 1996. It’s got a lot of potential, lots of students, professionals and a great location. Hopefully with the old seville being converted to a condo project, it will hopefully revitalize an area that sorely needs it.
