A close inspection in person will show that the “old” building in the photo has much stonework bordering the sidewalk. This stonework is all molded Fiberglass!
The shadow that the smaller building casts on the tall building in the evenings is my absolute favourite sight in the city. I have to stop and just drink in that shadow every time I am down there.
Pour une raison quelconque j’adore la juxtaposition de ces deux bâtiments et je trouve ce coin de Sherbrooke très plaisant… On voit souvent pire tous les jours à Montréal, comme chaque citoyen de la ville sait trop bien, malheureusement.
