1. it’s a chinese restaurant.  i live in the building so i frequent it often enough.  the thing to get there are dumplings, six for $2.  great deal!  

2. It used to be a dep! Then it closed for a while, and when it reopened (into an actual restaurant) the new owners kept the sign. I never did understand why the old dep was call “Restaurant”…
