Another proof that the province of Quebec and almost all of its cities and towns care not a whit for their Heritage. Proof also that very little is being done about this state of affairs by almost anyone. Without this website and the dedication of its photographer contributers, especially M. St-Jean, even those who do care would know nothing of what is happening ‘out there’. .
