Obviously 2012 is an improvement, but they seem to have omitted a usable fire escape.
This just illustrates how old (historic) buildings in almost any state of disrepair can be brought back and SHOULD BE preserved, not demolished. It’s really too bad preservation laws aren’t strong enough. Too bad city councils always have lame excuses for why they do little to nothing to stop the demolition practices against historic structures.
