Does anyone know when this quay is supposed to open to the public? It’s been behind one fence or another for a long time now, and there doesn’t seem to be any work going on these days.
I believe they plan to have some sort of animation display on the tower itself, but when they plan to open the quay to the public, I’m afraid I have no idea – like you say, it’s been a long time under renovation and work seems to have been stopped for a while.
