I always wish they would put more thought into the middle boulevard on R-L; it seems like such an afterthought. “let’s slap some grass down and plant some hapzard trees. It has the potential to be a really beautifully organized and designed boulevard.
Why did she switch children? The exact same picture is a few posts earlier — with a boy.
The cyclist actually stopped (notice the foot on the ground) at the stoplight must be a tourist!
Or perhaps they noticed the green car going through the light and decided it would be wiser to stop than get hit by it.
