So let’s say the Park Ave stretch in Mile End is given a Greek village theme designation. What will happen to the sushi shops increasingly opening up?
Seriously, as a neighbourhood changes so do the restos. Will this mean that a sushi place applying for a license will be refused because they aren’t Greek enough. Will there be some kind of ethnic zoning in the handing out of licenses. Just asking, cause I ain’t never seen a sushi shop in Little Italy….
