With last year’s announcement that the NAC will be undergoing a $110.5 renovation, focusing on improving amenities and opening up its currently brutalist northwest facade, this is a soon-to-be changed private, yet equally urban and even national, space.

At least they threw in some skylights above the existing windows to keep some daylight in the original space.
