The secret swing is back action. The swing, found between two converging buildings just off of the graffiti alley behind Queen West stores, had its seat and chains cut off in late November [ read the SpacingWire post about it ]. UPDATE: Sean also sent along the above photo. The seat now bears a date, signatures, and has writing on it: “The Secret Swing belongs to the people of Toronto.”
