If you missed the first panel discussion a month or so ago on Urban Deconstructions currently at the Goethe-Institut (it was very good – they discussed a project they did where they deconstructed an old Toronto home) there is another this week with John Bentley Mays and architects Paul Raff and David Warne. Plus more, all sort of mixed in with the Images Festival, which has always had lots of stuff in their program for the urban minded.

An alternative and in depth look at urban decay and change — past, present and future.
Against the backdrop of the exciting new construction going on in Toronto, which involves some of the world’s most respected contemporary architects and which will certainly alter the look, feel and reality of our future as a cosmopolitan city, the Goethe-Institut Toronto is continuing its two year look at the theme of URBANISM from a variety of perspectives.
